Returns & Refunds


  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you are unhappy with your order, you may return NEW items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original manufacturer packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items are thoroughly inspected before the return is processed. We must be able to sell your return as a brand-new item.

    Requirements for Returns

    For your safety, Destination PSP adheres to all Health Code Regulations. By law, certain items cannot be returned once they have been worn. We suggest you try on ALL items over your own underwear (including swimwear). Items that are tried on can be returned as long as all tags are kept intact and they are free of any signs of wear.

    Please make sure the item and its packaging are in the same condition as received (tags attached, folded neatly, clean, unworn, undamaged) Items that have manufacturer’s packaging need to be in the original packaging and in the same condition as received. Item(s) must not be exposed to excessive odors; i.e. perfumes, smoke, pets, etc.

    We will inspect each return item carefully and if there is any sign of use or wear, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return.

    Please note: If you purchase from a one of our retail partners be sure to double-check their return policy as it might differ from ours. We are not able to offer returns or exchanges on behalf of our retail partners.

    Please be sure to include the following with your return:

    • Packing slip/Invoice or your order confirmation emailed

  • A refund request must be submitted within 30 days after the order is delivered.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    What about instances where the original order did not qualify for free shipping?

    If your item was shipped with free shipping we will deduct the actual postage from the refund. If you are exchanging an item because it is defective or the wrong item is shipped, will will cover the cost to return the item and send out the correct item.

  • If you need to return an item, there will be no restocking fee. However, if your item was shipped with free shipping, we will deduct the actual postage cost from your refund.

Orders & Shipping


  • Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic orders.

    Orders over $150 (pre-tax and after discounts) automatically qualify for "FREE SHIPPING" within the lower 48 states in the USA. Regrettably, due to shipping costs, we can't offer free shipping elsewhere.

    Some LARGE or HEAVY items are exceptions and will have their shipping costs displayed at checkout.

    Import duties, taxes, and other charges aren't part of the item or shipping price. These are the buyer's responsibility. Please consult your local customs office for these additional costs. Don't mistake these fees for extra shipping charges.

    Orders with free shipping are dispatched via Ground or First Class shipping, using our preferred method.

    If you require faster shipping, contact us at info@destinationpsp or opt for a premium service at checkout. Express methods aren't eligible for free shipping.

  • Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

  • Once you place your order, it will generally be shipped within two business days.

    Please keep in mind that the estimated shipping times provided by UPS and USPS are not guaranteed. If you have an important deadline, feel free to reach out to us via email or phone.

    Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

    Yes, we do offer item pick-up in our Palm Springs flagship store at
    170 North Palm Canyon
    Palm Springs, CA 92262.

    All pick-up orders require payment of local and state sales tax regardless of the location of the order placed.

  • Yes, we offer gift-wrapping services for an additional fee. You can select the gift-wrapping option while shopping on the product page by checking the box beneath the "add to cart" button.

    Items are wrapped in high-quality orange gift wrap before being securely packaged for delivery. If you are ordering multiple items, they will all be wrapped together, unless multiple Gift Wraps are purchased.  Select oversized items are not available for gift wrapping.
